Ingredients
500g plain Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
250g Water
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into Tm Bowl to mix. 10 Sec Speed 6
2. Knead for 3 Mins
3. Take out dough to form a log n wrap with cling wrap to rest for 30 Mins.
4. Divide dough in halves. Roll out one portion into a long rope n divide into 30 equal portions
5. Work on one portion at a time with aid of a rolling stick into a round n thin disc.
6. Place desired Filling n fold n braid.
