japanese cotton sponge cake Thermomix

Here is my recipe #
Ingredients :
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Low protein flour 80 g
Milk 80ml
Whole egg  1
Egg yolks 5
Egg white 5
Castor Sugar 80g
Salt 1/4 tsp

Steps:
Add vege oil,  flour n milk I to TM bowl
 ( 4min/ 60•c/ sp3)
Add 1 whole egg n egg yolks (2 min/ sp3)
Pour into a bowl n clean TM bowl

Beat egg white: make sure tm bowl is clean n dry.
1. Insert butterfly n pour in salt and egg white. ( 3.5min/ sp3.5)
2. When time left 2.5 min,  add 40g sugar AND when time left 1.5 min,  add another 40g sugar.

Combine step:
Pour the egg yolks mixture into the tm bowl, open lid,  pour through the butterfly in the middle.  (20 sec/sp2) *when time left 10sec,  press reverse button. Then,  the batter is done.

use water bath baking method to bake the cake for 50-60 min 170•c.
