year2025 3 pkt to reduce to 2 pkt next year ratio 100% flour : 80% warm water, bit oil ginger + sugar + pandan leave for syrup kacang 250g x 4, next yr reduce 2 pkt 1/2 kilo Sesame ball glutinous rice Black Sesame Filling Ratio • Black sesame seeds: 100 g (about ¾ cup) • Sugar: 40–50 g (about 3–4 tbsp) • 40 g = lightly sweet • 50 g = traditional sweetness • Coconut oil: 30–35 g (about 2½–3 tbsp) ************************************ Glutinous Rice Flour Needed • 150–180 g glutinous rice flour (about 1¼–1½ cups) Why this amount works • 100 g sesame filling usually makes 18–22 filling balls • Each tangyuan uses about 8–10 g dough • 150–180 g flour gives enough dough with a little extra (useful in case of tearing) Per Tangyuan (Black Sesame–Filled) Sesame Filling (per ball) • 6–7 g sesame filling (about ¾–1 teaspoon) Glutinous Dough (per ball) • 10–12 g glutinous rice dough
