Prawn lemongrass mix with Thermomix

Ingredients :
Lemon grass 2 sticks 
Fresh red Chilli 2 pieces
Garlic 1 clove
Ginger a small piece
Butter 2 tablespoons (eyeballed) 
Salt 
Pepper
One pinch of tom yum paste

Prawns (not sure about the weight. About 12 pieces of king sized prawns) 

1)Use the thermomix to chop the chilli / lemongrass / garlic / ginger.

2) Add butter and sautéed for 3 mins on varoma mode. 

3) Add prawns and salt/ pepper/ tom yum paste into the thermomix. 

4) cook on 80 degrees for 9 mins reverse spoon speed. 

That’s all 🙂 

P/s : to thicken the sauce you can add some corn starch after removing all the prawns
