Hi all, here's my recipe for the kueh.
150g rice flour
10g tapioca starch
10g cornflour
280g water
Mix well 30secs speed 3.
Add in 370g water and put butterfly whisk 4mins/80deg/speed 3.
Pour/scoop batter into chwee kueh moulds.
Steam for 15mins, varoma/speed 3.
As for the chai por, i followed the Daily asian cookbook recipe.

Oil with spore sugar. Add in black vinegar, add in paikut, "Mun" till dry..

Kedondong Juice thermomix

Add
500g kedondong into tm bowl
150g raw lump sugar cane sugar
600g chilled water
Blend for 1 min/sp10
Add
600g chilled water & mix for 30 sec/sp5
Strain the juice and serve.
Add

Agar agar Jelly / black jelly
jelly powder, water and set the Thermomix to auto-cook at 100 celsius, speed 2 for a minimum of 20 minutes.
