Woon cai kou by Mandy fb

Hi all, here's my recipe for the kueh.

150g rice flour
10g tapioca starch
10g cornflour
280g water

Mix well 30secs speed 3.

Add in 370g water and put butterfly whisk 4mins/80deg/speed 3.

Pour/scoop batter into chwee kueh moulds.

Steam for 15mins, varoma/speed 3.

As for the chai por, i followed the Daily asian cookbook recipe.
