Braise fuchuk Thermomix

Van’s Braised Chicken Wing Mushroom Tau Kee
Ingredients
8 pcs Chicken Wing - half at joint
5 Garlics
1 thumb knob ginger - thick slice
5 Shallots
20 pcs mini size dried mushroom - soak
1 pkt Fried Tau Kee - cut into pcs
30ml Cooking Oil
200ml Hot Water
➰marinate chicken wing for 30 minutes with ~
2 tbsp Hua Tiao Wine
3 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce w Caramel
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
15gm Raw Sugar
A dash of Pepper
Method
Place shallot in mixing bowl, chop 5sec/speed 5
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Add in garlic, ginger slice, cooking oil, sauté 3 min/120°C/ Speed 1
Add in mushroom, sauté 5 min/120°C/ reverse/Speed 1
Add in marinated chicken wing, sauté 10 min/Varoma/reverse/speed 1
Add in hot water, Tau Kee pieces, cook 10 min/Varoma/reverse/speed 1
Note 📝
Wash Tau Kee :- run thru tap and use a pair of scissor, cut it into pcs
