Mapo Tofu by Thermomix
100g minced pork
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp xiaoshing wine
(Marinate for 15mins)
20g garlic glove
10g olive oil
300g soft bean curd (cut into cubes 1cm)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1.5 tbsp spicy bean paste
3 chili padi, sliced
1/4 tsp salt
5g sesame oil
10g water
2 stalks spring onion, chopped
1. Place garlic into mixing bowl, chop 5 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
2. Add olive oil and marinated minced pork , stir fry 5 mins/120C/reverse spoon speed.
3. Insert butterfly whisk , add bean curd, oyster sauce,spicy bean paste, chili padi, salt, sesame oil , water , stir fry 5 mins/100c/reverse spoon speed .
4) Garnish with spring onion
