Chicken liquor Thermomix

Van’s Wincarnis Chicken 文家宜鸡酒

Ingredients
3 Chicken Legs - chop into pieces
1 thumb knob ginger - shredded
10 gm Black Fungus small - soak
40 gm SesameOil
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Raw Sugar *optional
Salt to taste
200 ml  WINCARNIS Wine
50 ml Hot Water
75 ml WINCARNIS - add before serving

Method

Add Sesame Oil and shredded ginger into mixing bowl, sauté 8 min/120°C/reverse/Speed 1

Add in chicken pieces, black fungus, stir fry 10 min/120°C/reverse/speed 1

Add in WINCARNIS Wine, Sugar, Salt, cook 6 min/100°C/reverse/speed 1


Add in hot water, cook 3 min/100°C/reverse/speed 1

Lastly additional 75ml WINCARNIS Wine before serving.
