Thermomix char yoke


 

  • Ingredient A (S5, 10s)
    1. 10 cloves Garlic Peeled
    2. 100 g Shallots (peeled)
    3. 30 g Ginger ( Sliced)
  • Ingredient B (40min, 120d spoon)
    1. 1 Kg Pork Belly with Skin
    2. 30 g black fungus (soaked,shredded)
    3. 30 g Soy Sauce 酱青/酱油
    4. 20 g Dark Soy Sauce
    5. 50 g Chinese Wine (shao xing)
    6. 20 g Rock Sugar /冰糖
    7. 100 g Fermented Bean Curd 南乳
    8. 250 g Water 水
