nian Gao

Ingredients:
Glutinous Rice Flour 500g
Gula Melaka 50g
Brown Candy 350g
water 500g
cooking oil 10g

1. add Brown Candy & gula melaka in to TM bowl, turbo, 2 sec (3 times).
2. Add in water to cook, 7 min, 100 degree, speed 2. Then set aside to let the syrup cool.
3. Pour the syrup, glutinous rice flour and oil into TM bowl, 1 minute, speed 4.
4. Pour the batter into the mould and place in Varoma dish. Add 1500g of water into TM bowl. Stack up the varoma set. 80 minutes, varoma, speed 1.
