Back leg chop
Boil less than 10min to keep in freezer
Defrost n fry w sesame oil & salt, 5 spoon of red sugar
Sesame oil w 1 Kati of ginger, 1 bottle black vinegar, 4 spoons,
test to see if too sour, add sugar if need to
Cook 20min covered,
Make hot 10 min, ready to serve
Boils 1/2 hrs
Put mixed spices, p&s
BBQ sauce bake 15min
White fillet (Fish) by Peter 2/14
dip in beer, egg, fry
Bake Salmon by Peter 2/14
marinate w olive oil, lemon top bottom, minced garlic 25min alum foil.
