Thermomix chicken porridge by bee lee lau

一个人的午餐, 简单又美味的鸡粥! My simple yet delicious "Kai Chok" Chicken Porridge for lunch ;-) Chicken Porridge (for 2 portions) A) 100g rice (washed) 2 dried scallops (rinsed) 1 tsp salt 1200g water Put all into Tm bowl to cook 20 min / 100°C* / Sp 2. * note: when the porridge boils, lower temp to 95°C, remove MC and put on simmering basket to prevent splattering. B) 150g chicken breast (removed skin, sliced), marinade with 15g light soy sauce, 10g sesame oil and pinch of pepper. Add marinated chicken slices into porridge to cook 7 min / 100°C / Reverse / Sp 1. Chicken Porridge ready to serve hot!
