Thermomix dumpling

Recipe for dumpling skin : 100 g Plain flour 100 g Top flour 100 ml boiling hot water 1 pinch of salt 1 tbsp Oil Dough mode 3 mins. Then wrap in cling wrap. Let rest for 30 mins. Roll out in pasta machine and use a round cutter to cut. Or if you have no pasta machine, roll one by one by hand. I used pasta machine and round cutters but sometimes I also roll one by one by hand. 😊
