I’m obsessed with fried Kueh Tiaw using Thermomix! It’s so easy, and I think thermomix stir fry better than me! 🤣 Last time LO never want to touch Kueh Tiaw at all, but now he loves it 🥰
He had the second bowl of Kueh Tiaw 😳
Easy stir-fry Kueh Tiaw
Ingredients
Fresh Kueh Tiaw 500g
Garlic 3 cloves
Red shallot 2
Shrimp 200g (peeled and deveined) small/medium size
Spring onion 4 stalks (I don't have chives)
Seasoning
Soya sauce 20g
Dark soya sauce 20g
White pepper powder 1tsp
Vegetable oil 20g (I'm using grapeseed oil)
Mix all the seasoning, including 1tbsp oil with Kueh Tiaw and set aside.
Chop garlic and shallot Turbo / 2 seconds
Pour in the 20g oil into mixing bowl and saute for 3 mins/Varoma/speed 2
Insert butterfly whisk. Add in shrimp and spring onions then Kueh tiaw 4 mins/Varoma/speed 🥄
Serve right away ✌️🏻
