1 egg soufflé pancake By so yum cooking

One egg separate yolk and white

Yolk +2 tbsp cake flour +1 tbsp milk + 1 tsp oil + vanilla

White whip with 1 tbsp +1 tsp sugar blend and fold in to the yolk mixture.

Scoop on pan (grease) top up scoop,
Drizzle drop water and close lid 3-4min
