Ginger mint tea, lui cha, YOGURT, taufufah


LUI CHA 

 1) Heat some Olive oil in TM bowl. (Mc/3 min/Varoma (Tm31), 120 C (TM5)
2) Add in all herbs (Bitter thorns, mint, Basil, Ngie) to stir fry.(MC/5 min/Varoma)
3) Add in roasted peanuts, sesame seeds n salt to grind (MC/1 min /speed 0 to 10)
Transfer Lui Cha paste to container.
When in use, Weigh in 200g Lui Cha paste to 200g water to pulverize. (MC/1 min/speed 0 to 10). Dilute to taste with boiled water. Serve Lui Cha with TM stir fry green veg n steamed rice.


YOGURT

Can try this recipe 
Yogurt for tm31
Ingredient:
1 ltre full cream milk
150gm plain yogurt 
70gm milk powder  
40gm sugar ( optional)

Method:
1. Clean your tm bowl properly.
2. Add 600gm water in tm bowl boil for 7 min/ 100'c /sp.3. Turn to sp.7/ 10sec  to auto wash all the bowl side. Pour out  hot water.
3. Add all ingredient except yogurt,  in tm bowl for 5min/ 50' / sp.3. Add in yogurt mix for 20sec/ sp.3. Pour in the warmer to set in room temperature for 8 hrs. Then arrange it to fridge ya.😄
