Steam soft bones pork ribs and also cooking thick long beans. Simple lunch, easily be done! Methods for soft bones pork ribs:
1) 600-700g pork ribs (blanch with corn flour) to marinade with 1 tblsp bean paste, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1.5 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp corn flour, 100g drinking water, 2 tblsp chopped garlic pieces. Marinate at least 15 mins.
2) Filled 500g water in TM bowl. Set varoma dish, place pork ribs, steam 30 mins/Varoma/Reverse/Soft spoon. Done!
Method for thick long beans:
1) Chop 2 garlic, some dried prawns for 5 sec / sp 5.
2) Saute with 15g oil, 3 mins/120/sp 2.
3) Add thick long beans, 20g light soy sauce, 100g water, cook 10 mins/120/Rev/Spoon.
