Stew Kg chicken with red fermented bean and earwood. Just cook within 16 mins is done by my TM6. Method:
1) Marinade 1/2 Kg chicken with 1 cube of red fermented bean and 1 tblsp its sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, some pepper.
2) Marinade for 30 mins, put aside.
3) Chop 3-4 garlic, 5 sec, sp 5.
4) Saute 20g oil, 3 mins/120/sp 1.
5) Add chicken pieces n it's sauce, some earwood. Add 200g water.
6) Cook 16 mins/120/R/spoon. Done!
