日式咖喱鸡 JAPANESE CURRY CHICKEN aka CURRY RICE
Ingredients 材料:
A) 30g butter 牛油
5 cloves garlic 蒜头
20g ginger 姜
180g onion (cut in chunks) 洋葱 (切大块)
B) 500g chicken whole legs (deboned, remove skin, cut pcs) Marinade with pinch of salt and pepper 全鸡腿 (去骨,去皮,切块) 腌制少许盐和胡椒粉
25g curry powder 咖喱粉
1 tsp garam masala 马萨拉粉
45g plain flour 普通面粉
C) 200g potatoes (cut chunks) 马铃薯 (切块)
150g carrot (cut chunks) 红萝卜 (切块)
50g tomato ketchup 番茄酱
10g Worcestershire sauce L&P 酱
20g sugar 糖
15g light soy sauce 酱油
1 tsp TM chicken stock powder 自制鸡精粉
1 bay leaf 月桂叶
400g water 水
Methods 方式:
1) Place garlic and ginger into mixing bowl, chop 5 sec / Sp 6. Scrape down sides with spatula.
将蒜头和姜放入主锅,以 5 秒 / 速度 6 切碎。
利用刮刀棒将食材刮至主锅底。
2) Add in butter and onion, saute 6 min / 120°C / Reverse / Sp 1 until aromatic.
加入牛油和洋葱,以 6 分钟 / 120°C / 反转 / 速度 1 爆香。
3) Add ingredients (B), cook 5 min / 120°C / Reverse / Soft Speed.
加入材料 (B),以 5 分钟 / 120°C / 反转 / 速度小勺 烹煮。
4) Then add ingredients (C) into mixing bowl, cook 15 min / Varoma / Reverse / Soft Speed.
Serve immediately with rice.
然后将材料 (C) 加入主锅,以 15分钟 /Varoma / 反转/ 速度 小勺 烹煮。即可配白饭一起享用。
