Korean stir fry pork

Pork neck/ shoulder  ir alternative pork belly



MARINATE SLICES MEAT 

Korean Red sauce 

Soya sauce

Sesame oil 

Sugar

Grated ginger


TO COOK:

Oil, Garlic mince

Onion, add pork.....(don’t keep stirring)

Then add Carrot long strips, follow by

Spring onion Long strips

Heat off....put sesame seeds + lemon zest (mix and serve)
