Pumpkin Mantou
Ingredients
Pumpkin 115g (peeled and slices )
Water 70g
Sugar 30g
Oil 20g
Yeast 1tsp
Multipurpose flour 250g
1) Put the pumpkin into the tm pot and chopped, 5 sec/ Speed 7
2) Pour water in and cook, 4 mins/varoma / speed 2 (Make sure the temperature drops to 37 degrees before continuing to the third step)
3) Add sugar, oil, and yeast into the tm pot and set for 1 min/ 37C/ Speed 2
4) Add flour, 20 sec/ speed 6 for mixing
5) After mixing, set the kneading mode for 2 minutes
6) Take out the dough and shaping, Fermentation for half an hour
7) Place the Pumpkin Mantou onto the varoma tray, 400g water in the main tm pot and steam for 15 mins/ Varoma / speed 1
